Property and Waste Clearance Operative

A vacancy has arisen for a Property and Waste Clearance Operative to join our team.

The duties will include:



• Clearing of domestic and commercial properties and communal areas.
• Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from garden.
• Clearing areas which may involve contaminated and unsanitary works.
• Carrying out light garden works like strimming and raking of garden waste.
• Sorting clearance items at our recycling yard.
• Working with customers to communicate works and services as required.
• Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of works.

Skills and experiences:

• No experience is required, however the right candidate must be well mannered, hardworking, and of a good level of physical fitness.
• This role will involve driving company vehicles. Applicants MUST HOLD A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE.

Immediate starts available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Hours will vary from 7am at the yard near Roslin and finish times will vary depending on site location, therefore a degree of flexibility will be required. 

Salary: Negotiable
